Been going to Perfect Smile for years. Staff is very nice and I love the small business feel. Front Desk is informative and lets me know what my insurance covers (Delta Dental). Even when I received my explanation of coverage from my insurance and asked why the 2 cavities have different co-pay she explained that billing codes are different for different locations of cavities. Will keep coming here for life.
**Review for Perfect Smiles** I had a very unpleasant experience at Perfect Smilesin Salinas CA.During my visit, one of the dentist's gloves fell on the floor( the main doctor ) , and to my shock, he still used it. Additionally, they informed me that my insurance only covered black fillings, not white, which was bizarre. This led me to decide not to make another appointment. Waiting almost 2 months for an appointment .The staff at perfect smile wanted me to pay out of pocket for a procedure that Central Coast Alliance covered. When I told them I don’t have cash on me right now they said to go to the bank and get it if not wait another month for an appointment. On my way to the bank I called CCA and they told me that they cover it and they don’t know why would they charge me.
