They were fast, efficient, and incredibly professional! Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing. I have used them a few times and always been extremely pleased with their professional and courteous service.
Perfect Plumbing's truck parked in front of the garage door entrance to our apartment building, the Brandeis at 16th & Douglas in Omaha. The space is clearly marked: "Garage Entrance & Exit. Frequent Use. NO Parking. Violators will be fined and booted." Apparently, they don't care about following the rules, public safety or are illiterate.
A few years back on Halloween night we had an issue and this was the only company that would come out. We have called them ever since, however the last couple times they tell us they dispatch and we should get a call and we wait and no call. So we’ve switched companies. What’s sad is someone from this business actually lives in our neighborhood
This business is amazing. I had a major leak and needed assistance or I'd lose use of my Kitchen. They worked me in their schedule and arrived on time. They were polite and very thorough on assessment and had the parts with them to replace what was defective. They didn't rush and checked to ensure it was completely repaired. They care about their customers and you aren't just a number to them as you are with some of the very large companies. I can't say enough good things and will definitely use them again.
