Perfect Place!!! WOW. I had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE with this place. I truly believe in follow- up and keeping promises. I worked with agent Zakiya Eleby and I have never been more pleased. I was so nervous while going through the home buying process and Zakiya made me feel relaxed. I think im most pleased with the wonderful gift she gave me when I closed :) I will recommend Perfect Place real estate to any home buyer or seller.
I had a great experience with Perfect Place. The care I received during a difficult deal was wonderful. I referred them to 3 other people and 2 have settled on their properties in University City and in another area of West. Miss Bennett does have a direct style, but it was always in getting things moving certainly in our favor.
Perfect Place Reality is HORRIBLE do not list your property with them or use them to buy a house!!! This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Jennifer Bennett is very unprofessional, rude and could careless about how you feel and getting things done. Zakiya is as well and has a full time job so you are not her priority and she never as a clue of what's going on or what world she's in. They are both Liars! They never get paper work sent on time.
