So today was a very off-putting day to say the least. I have been going to this Doctor for 4 years. Today, On my way to the doctor I was told they couldn't find my vision insurance. I called and was able to get explanation of benefits right away. I saw the doctor and on my way out they tell me they couldn't find explanation of benefits for my wife and son. I called my wife's insurance company and got the information right away. They had one job at the front desk and that was to make sure my appointment is goes seemless. Inst... read more
The girls look friendly but they are not. Very rude to me more than once not coming back
RecommendedThe staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Dr Bagley is very detailed and super friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing an eye exam.
I saw Dr. Kennedy Monday for an eye problem. She spent a lot of time with me, which I greatly appreciate. I left with a Rx for eye drops and selected new glasses. The staff was polite and helpful with selecting new frames and dealing with my insurance. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else for my eye care. Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Bagley and their staff are wonderful!
I had a problem this my insurers not covering the eye drops and they took care of it right then and there and found me something that was affordable and I really appreciate them for that
Perfect Optical Eye care gets 5 stars!! We are glad we found this office!! Dr was great and the ladies in front were awesome!! My daughter and I loooooove Megan!!!
Dr. Bagley is a great optometrist, but just don't buy your lenses there. There is always a delay in delivery from the lab they use for their digital lenses. I'll keep getting my exams at Perfect Optical, but I think I will start going somewhere else for my frames and lenses.
Dr.Bagley and assistant Megan really were wonderful at explain each and every detail of lenses and frames for me. I defiantly found my ophthalmology home.�
