Best nail shop in the Bay Area! Although I am a longtime customer, today was extra outstanding! Shout out to Miss Kim and Miss Cathy for not only the excellent service but for thier welcoming and comforting manner. Knowledge, skill and kindness! A definite 6 star experience!
I’ve been going to Perfect Nails and have had really good experiences. Natalie does my lashes and is very detailed. They come out natural and consistent every time. Pricing is fair for the quality. Katelyn has been doing my nails and does a great job. They always look clean and natural, and she’s helpful with color and style choices. Overall, it’s been easy to book and everything runs smoothly. I’ll keep coming back.
Would not recommend. They constantly try to upcharge you. Gave my daughter some crooked nails. Charged me for a nail that broke after 3 days. I am tired of these nail shops stealing everyone's money for garbage service.
Natalie has been my go-to lash artist for years! I always get classic lashes with a subtle purple touch and she never disappoints. I also trust her with my lip and brow waxing. Even when I try other places if she’s busy, I always come back because her work is the best. Online booking is a huge plus too. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple years now and have enjoyed it every time. It’s very easy to book an appointment and even walk in. Annie is my favorite, she does the best pedicures and her work is great. I always recommend this place to everyone in the area!
