Went there a few times for haircuts not bad but the story I heard of slander and miscommunication will make me NEVER recommend this place again! Shame on you for posting someone online before contacting them directly ! SHAME ON YOU
Friend of mine had a very poor experience. It was an absolute nightmare on a totally innocent miscommunication and series of unfortunate event. Manager was very quick to judge and the CEO was no better in handling the situation when it was explained. Goes to show that the leadership dictates the actions and behaviors of the business.
