Horible Customer Service – We hired perfect lawns mow and care for our yard, and we live in austin seasonaly. Durring the summer while they were caring for the yard, the sprinkler system shut off in a storm. The yard started to die and they did not notify me. A month passed before a friend drove by my home and called to say it was looking bad. So I called perfect lawns and asked them to please turn on the water system. Good presentation but Disappointing performance – Perfect Lawns presents an impressive capability and service. I met them at a home show and had them do a proposal for my yard. I contracted with them to both redesign my landscaping and for monthly maintenance. The landscape designer was consistently late for meetings (total no show twice), promoted plants that deer ate about as fast as they were put in the ground and became very non-responsive to my followup calls that the work not measuring up to their proposal.
