The service here is terrible. I clearly told the barber the hairstyle I wanted, but he didn’t follow my instructions at all. Very unprofessional—he cut more hair on one side of the top than the other. I was extremely upset. Even after I told him how I wanted it done, he insisted on cutting the opposite way. This is by far the worst haircut and the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a barbershop. If you don’t want an ugly and ridiculous haircut, then this is the place to go!

I walked into this particular "PERFECT" hair parlor for a very simple haircut? 1 on the side's and 4 on top. During the haircut the lady was pulling my hair with the trimmers to the point I had to say something, then at the end of the service I noticed the top was not even. I asked her kindly to please go over the top again at this time her co worker walked over and asked what was wrong. I tried pointing out the obvious but was told to leave! Bad customer service. Messed up my hair and got mad at me for not knowing the numbers. started to scratch my scalp, making my head itch and irritated. overall, the quality of the haircut was terrible, and i had even shown a reference and she did not take any consideration to it and started to cut whatever she wanted to cut. she was violently cutting my hair and overall I did not enjoy getting a haircut here. Sorry.
