I had a very poor experience with this vendor. They sent a technician who was unable to fix the issue, despite the fact that I paid for the service. I followed up multiple times by phone and email, but no one returned to resolve the problem. I do not recommend this vendor, as their technicians appear to lack sufficient experience.
