I gotta hand it to the folks here they were phenomenal. The AC company we had before was a monumental screwjob they kept doing temporary fixes and cancelling my appointments. The folks from Perfect AC came next day early and over the last two days have fixed the absolute disaster that was left before. Including finding things inside the A/C unit that the other company had just left there causing larger long term issues Very nice folks as well and efficient !!
Great experience with these guys! I called several companies out and they all wanted to sell me a new a/c. Well these guys came out and had me up and running in 30 minutes and only charged me $350.00! And said my ac was good for many more years to come! My new ac guys!
I was initally very happy with this company. 8 years ago, after much convincing, I agreed to install a brand new unit. Everything was good. I called few times for service and they came out. However, recently, the service was terrible. In October, 2021, the a/c was repaired and we paid a couple hundred dollars. In February, 2022, it was repaired again for a similar issue and I had to argue with the owner about the price and why wasn't the work guaranteed.
