Horrible experience. I'm a new patient. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes prior like I was asked waited 45 minutes wasn't seen so I asked them if I can reschedule because I cannot be late to work. They told me that if I left the appointment, it would be considered a cancelation, and I have to pay $50, to reschedule lousy way to treat a new patient and to build rapport with someone. I will not be returning.

Dr. Perez herself is a great doctor — very pleasant, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience with the office staff makes it extremely difficult to recommend this practice. Getting a prescription refilled or reaching someone who can actually help is almost impossible. This doesn’t seem to be an understaffing issue, but rather a lack of proper training or follow-through, and it has been an ongoing problem. I ultimately had to fire this doctor after a terrible experience. Despite knowing about my heart condition and recent dizzy spells, he refused to see me today unless I paid a $25 deductible upfront. This is not only uncaring, it’s dangerous. His staff also came across as poorly trained and dismissive. I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone who values compassion, professionalism, or basic patient care.
