Doctor is nice and personable, but in all my life (and my 88 year old mother’s), we’ve never had to wait so long each time to see the doctor as we do here. The wait times are terrible!
Dr Rivera's great doctor I've been my doctor for 20 years. He has a delightful upbeat bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and informative. His office staffare friendly and professional. I highly recommend him to everyone I know or meet with a problem.
Dr. Rivera recommended some “outdated” methods (according to her GP) that are working better for her chronic COPD (never smoked a day in her life) than any of the multiple prescriptions that have been thrown at her. Past Pulmonologists have sent her to multiple expensive MRI’s, CAT scans, and even surgery twice! Nothing has worked as well as her treatments now and she is able to get back in her garden.
He takes great care of my Mom!
Dr. Rivera is a wonderful doctor, probably one of the finest I have ever met, but…. Front desk assistant is a different story. I originally called back in later part of August because I new my scripts would be running out soon and I would need to see the doc., she said I was good until October, so because I was having some breathing issues, I called October 4th (I believe) to schedule an appointment, she argued with me for a few minutes that I had not been in since 2018, I said no ma’am that is not true, after going back and... read more
