DONT GO THERE!!! I also bought their group on... And i even did some research to see what their ratings were and also to get some customer feedback. It seemed alright... Thank you to Perez Autoworks team for taking care of my car once again. My 2006 audi A3 clutch went bad after 6 months they rebuilt my trani and installed an FX350 clutch. Luis Perez (shop owner) did not charge me a single penny for diagnosing the problem and bringing the trani down as many times as needed. Only had to pay the company I purschased the clutch from for a new clutch because I did not have any warranty. What a great family owned business, never seen anything like it. I don't agree with Andre R I went there for a alignment I previously had a alignment at a competitor an was still wearing out tires. They showed me on their computerized screen that I needed 2 bolts in my steering. I agreed to that along with the alignment. I had gotten 4 new tires at BJ's and my car has never felt so good on the road it is straight and doesn,t wear out tire I would go there again!

I took my Ford Explorer to Perez auto because of some front end noises and on the highway it didn't feel safe to drive. I am so glad I did. Not only does my baby now feel like its brand new again and enjoyable to drive again, but I saved a lot of my hard earned money! Perez Auto Works did a great job getting my Ford Windstar back on the road during my vacation to Miami from Cleveland Ohio. We were able to enjoy a few frames of bowling next door while they repaired my cracked rear axel. Thanks to Perez auto works for saving my vacation.
