They need to put New people in office. This so called owner is very rude in very unprofessional. This Karen can't hold a professional conversation without yelling in hanging up the phone. I requested a new key fob on 1/16/24, because mine split into two pieces. My fob would not let me gain access to the building. I put a work order in for a new key fob and no one ever responded to my request. Our building was going through new management. I had a work order for my stove that was fixed 1/31/24. I asked the maintenance man on 1/31/24 about my key fob. He said he would reach out to management and I heard nothing.
