If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid the $10 fee for a permanent handicap placard for a permanent disability from a Worker's compensation injury. I was being 'treated' by this Doctor's Office for over 2 years. I mailed in my form to turn into the DMV for processing and they told me it's illegible and that multiple selections were checked which caused them to reject my form. I emailed Fernanda about the incident and they sent me a new form, no problem, with the correct information checked and clearly legible for the DMV. ... read more

Spoke to Fernanda this morning who stated there were no doctors in office and another on vacation for 10 days but the office was still open for businesses. When I asked what kind of services they offered with no doctors on site she became angry,rude,aggressive and said it was none of my business and hung up. Fernanda has no business answering phones no communication skills whatsoever. Word of advise find yourself another job that dont require interacting with patients or customers.
App was at 2:00 pm . It’s now 3:47 and still haven’t seen the doctor. Absolutely ridiculous wait time. I don’t understand why schedul an appointment if your going to see me whenever the hell you want.
