So I got a flyer in the mail saying I had won a cash prize.You were directed to call a # and I was set up with an appointment to see an individual. Turns out all the appointments were made with the same person. I waited 15 minutes in a madhouse only to see a poster which gave the amounts you won based on your pin #. Well, $5.00 was not worth my time to stand in the crowd without being acknowledged. You need to reconsider how this is handled in the future.

after having my car towed in for repairs and having it towed out with them scratching there heads saying don't know what's wrong.... but heres a bill for $1000.00
