Many thanks to Jay and the service team. Pulled into the dealership on a Friday morning with a locked up brake caliper on my '14 Ram as my wife and I were heading down east towing our 21' boat. Jay came out, took a look and told us they were booked up but would see what they could do. Less than 2 hours later we were back on the road with new brake rotors and a caliper. Weekend getaway salvaged! Percy's is the first place I'm stopping when I upgrade my 1500 for a 2500 next year. Awesome group of folks.
