My favorite pizza in the city. I lived and worked in Lincoln Park for 10 years and walked to Pequods almost once a week for 10 years for their lunch specials. Man how I miss both!!! (the walks and the pizza)
Ordered a large pizza last night....cheese with Canadian bacon and mushrooms..... I think they changed cooks or something......looks nothing like the pizza i ordered a few months ago.....crust was like 3/4 of an inch thick with about 1/4 of an inch toppings....tasted like nothing but dough.....never ordering from there again.....$30.30 for dough wtf.....rather spend $7 for a Decent frozen pizza�
We went on Super Bowl Sunday and it was not as busy as I would have expected. We were seated right away and the hostess was nice. Our server was attentive. I ordered a small deep dish pizza half cheese and half mushroom. The pizza was not as good as what I expected and what people have raved about. I didn't like the fact that the pizza crust all around was burnt. On a positive note it was very cheesey and had a good amount of ingredients which looked appetizing. Being 20 to 25 minutes later than informed not ok, burnt crust pizza= more than made up for it
had a 10" pan pizza, great sauce,great crust, sausage has absolutely no flavor and barely any cheese. I'll go again, minus sausage plus extra cheese .
