i had the best experience here with 3 pallets i call the nice blond lady name susan and the other lady in shipping took me 9hrs early thank you
I don't usually give places bad reviews but this one is the worst of the worst, 1st they load me 3/26 with 10172 cases (23) pallets if I'm not mistaken,going to distibuquick okc, got unloaded the next day, and consignee took only 207 cases (6pallets) also consignee told me this is the third time , pepsico (same place) did the same thing to them, now I have to sit with they're load in okc for the week ends with 17 pallets to go back in blue spring mo,they give me appt Tuesday 3/31 2026 8 am, total of 6 days,,but I'm here now ... read more
It's just slow but nice people though
No to bad they load me in average time
This was our first time picking up a load here, and it was a smooth experience overall. Our appointment was at 9:30 AM, and we were allowed to enter the guard shack a little before 9:00 to wait inside. They let you check in up to 30 minutes before your appointment, so it’s important to respect their schedule since this is a busy facility—don’t arrive hours early.
