My apartment is full of mold! And you refuse to address the issue. I am on chemotherapy and I have asthma! Unbelievable
unprofessional staff!! crying for deedee. When I had the same problem my landlord fixed it within a week and prorated me without me even asking! She went almost a month you POS!!
After reading google reviews and @deedeebadass’s review I would never put my money into you people. For you to leave a family in a unit in that condition brings tears to my eyes especially knowing you people will get away with it. Your all sick individuals where is your corporate number when you need it
I would never in my life rent here. you ppl are willing to leave toddlers in a unit with no air for close to a month. Who cares as long as you get the money right? You still go home to your house with a/c right? This is Florida That’s torture to put someone through then have an attitude when they want they’re money back because y’all took weeks to let it be known it ain’t fixable? Idk how you people sleep at night knowing you were leaving a family in an apartment with no cool air and no choice but to stay
In regards to @deedeebadass situation I cannot believe what I’m reading Your staff is heartless for leaving that family in a unit without proper air for almost a month. Adults are one thing but the children????????
Recommendedi especially love the size of the units - spacious rooms in comparison to other locations.The grounds are maintained beautifully. The maintenance staff is extremely professional & respond quickly to any & all work orders. Ample parking spaces. Good Location. Office staff always available
EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to prospective future tenants! Called wanting to set up a tour of an apartment and to see the community, and after being asked some questions, was blatantly told that I needed to go to Fountain Square so I can take my "big dog". Their pet policy states no aggressive breeds and they must be under 50 lbs (my dog meets both of these criteria) and the two women on the phone even acknowledged that my dog is allowed under the policy but still basically told me to get lost and go somewhere else. My son and I have lived here around five yrs now and we love it. Everything is nearby and the office staff is the best.
