Recommendedno I would never recommend this place for anybody to live Cesar appsolute Rundown maybe back in its Heyday it was awesome and nice and beautiful but not even close this place gets 5 + negative stars to thumbs down. this is the main reason why I am moving at this place besides the fact that they got Macy running around infested with cockroaches so I literally have to put all my stuff in storage Bob the unit before moving any of it into my new place. so now I would not recommend this place not even to my enemies. The maintenance guy never answers his phone, the office guy is incompetent. It took 5 months of my roof leaking, and 2 calls to the city, for them to fix it. 8 hours for them to fix my main breaker, and over 24 hours since my toilet busted and no one has answered a call or called me back.
The stairs are a death trap. The hallways are dirty and disgusting. The pool is dirty and the "hot tub" is the same temp as the pool.
