I've been here less than a week and I'm already trying to figure out how to get out of here. The place was a mess when I moved in. Toilet didn't work, sink didn't work properly nor did the shower. The smoke detector was not installed. Air conditioners were in disrepair and needed cleaning. The doors are not secure. Less than half of those issues have been addressed. I hate living her been her 7 months and I have a pproblem with everything its either broke or don't work I'm tired of calling the office cause they don't call u back I have a newborn baby and I have nasty roaches I clean at least 3x a week iitts how old apartment is uggh I swear I bout to break my lease

Peppertree, beautiful but haunted by idiots – For the price, this place is amazing. My wife and I moved here a year ago, and we made the office people work up a storm. So many variables kept cropping up in our move, we were changing details daily. But the office kept up with the insanity, lol, we even finalized all the arrangements over the phone as I pulled the moving truck onto the property. I resided in Peppertree for my first place, I was robbed multiple times. Police were unhelpful as well as all employees. My sister also lived in another location in the Peppertree townhomes and was also robbed with no help from either the staff nor police members. I do not recommend living here at all, this area also accepts Section 8 individuals, being "poor" is perfectly acceptable, being poor in the brain development is not, there cognitive process is well explained in their actions. good first apartment – This isnt the best apartment around, but it looks good for my very first one by myself. The place itself is cheap in rent and in the apartment itself. The carpet it very cheap, and cloggs up my vacuum all the time. The doors inside the house don't close very well. and they have a few wiring problems. Now as far as the staff they seem very nice.
