overall staff was Friendly which was nice. however my issue was with the cleanliness of the rooms. we got our first room and it looked as if someone had puked in the bath tub and it wasn't cleaned up at all before we checked in. this was fixed right away when brought to their attention and they gave us a free room upgrade with no questions asked and that was awesome. BUT we check into the new room and it's obvious it hadn't been vacuumed, there was a piece of trash on the bathroom floor and no garbage bags in any of the cans... read more

Just left there 3 days ago and realized we left a single little girls snow boot 😩 called lost n found and yep this hotel was nice enough to log it in , come on that’s amazing !! They took my address down and sending it to my home 3 hrs away !! Great customer service peppermill !!! Above and beyond to make a little girl very happy 💜
