Prices for rooms and the rooms themselves were fine. The food prices in the restaurants (2 coffees and one order of toast was over $17.00 with the tip) were way out of line. Drink prices at the bars were ridiculous. $9.00 a (half) glass of mediocre (Ravenswood - the best they had) red zin. I can buy a BOTTLE of that for $9.00 a the store. You should comp the non-gambling spouse. We sit there and watch our spouse lose, lose, and lose some more because your machines do not pay out worth a crap. The least you could do is buy us... read more

Beaware. I went back to get my clothes and expensive sunglasses from my locker at the spa and they were gone. They informed me the only one with the key is their manager. They asked the manager and she said she didnt steal. So case closed. They basically told me iam shit out of luck. So bascially they have a theif working for them and per policy they are not repsonible for stolen items. So ots a thief paradise.

Haven’t even got to room yet. I was told room is ready and just needs inspected. Should be less than 30 minutes. Been over an hour and they say they are not sure when someone will have time to inspect it. Got back in line and now they are saying they still don’t have time to inspect and to go sit in the hallway and wait.
