Room was dirty with vomit and dirty drink glasses with ice still in them and to top it off we Waited 4 hours for the room smh

Peppermill has been my favorite Reno destination for 10+ years. Whatever you are looking for can be found here.
This is a wonderful hotel, excellent staff. A great pool & hot tub, restaurants & gamelab for kids. I would highly recommend it!
Player’s club member for many years. You hold out a platinum club level like a carrot, but if you use the tier multiplier days to achieve it, you don’t REALLY recognize it. BEWARE player’s.....this is a scam. They give you the card, but your offers (free play/invitations) REMAIN THE SAME as lower card levels. Total scam.
I’m at the Peppermill twice a year for work. I have not yet been disappointed. The rooms are great, the restaurants are amazing. And everyone is super friendly. I really recommend the Terrace Lounge, it’s a great place to unwind and sample different whiskeys. Can’t wait to return.
