The friendliness of the Staff. The great rooms. The all around atmosphere. Love the selection of gaming and all the places to eat are great. Always treated like a person and not just some random guest. My wife and I always choose the Peppermill we would not stay anywhere else in Reno.

This is our go to Hotel every year. Wonderful Hotel & location, great customer service. Restaurants in the hotel are all good! Their Island Buffet is in my opinion hands down best Buffet in Reno.
