From my experience just,,,,NO and if you have to,watch your bills very closely they add your electric bill to your rent,you will never know how much your rent is,they gave me several different amounts of back owed utilitie bills, get a P.O Box people come in randomly and steal your mail,Ive had some much fraud done under my name due to mail theft,they go up every opportunity they can buy never address the mail issue or the roaches this place was a emergency move for me but it was a definite curse, management so unprofessiona... read more
This place has a lot of issues ever since the new management has come in. They have roaches in the building and despite many complains management doesn't do much to fix the problem. They only send in pest control to spray the place. And each time tenant must move things out of cabinets to accommodate for spray man. Management isn’t taking it seriously to fix these roaches problems. I would say that the management is very nice. neighbours were always friendly. Lived there for 2.5 years
