The service was extremely slow. took 20 minutes for water and my son ordered a kiddie cocktail and was given a 7up as we were finishing our food. The server never checked back and we waited 30 minutes for the bill after we were done. I asked for change so i could tip and noone could get me change. I asked the cashier, a server and the bartender and noone has change for a 50. i am extremely unimpressed with the experience.

Was just there for lunch,×WORST SERVICE ever!! I had the buffet my friend ordered off the menu. Our server never checked on us. Never got refills on beverages. She rolled her eyes when we asked for chips and salsa!!! Talked down to me when I asked questions...she was just RUDE!!! I mainly go to Pepitos for the karaoke on Mon, or Wed, some of their food items I like, others are so so. Karaoke last night was awesome, I was disappointed that the restaurant didn't take the time to change any of their signs for the karaoke start time, even though it had changed. In order to keep karaoke regulars happy I would recommend establishing a set schedule and sticking to it. I look forward to coming back after I have recovered from my surgery.

We just went for dinner and the entire place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was something splattered all over the wall right where my kids were sitting...who knows how long it's been on there (or what it is). I had to clean the side of the table with a baby wipe. Food was ok. My mother-in-law said her Margarita was all watered down. Too bad. We used to love going to Pepitos, but won't be going back based on how filthy the entire restaurant is.
