friendly, attentive staff I have been going to Pepitos for several years and have never had bad service or bad food. The restaurant is small and on the weekends there is usually a lengthy wait; the wait is well worth it though. The food is flavorful and generous in portions. The prices are very fair and competitive. This is a fun dining experience; I would recommend it highly.
Great restaurant! Great food! The chips and salsa are fantastic and food is authentic. Atmosphere is really fun- great date place!
Take the time to drive to Lake Street The food here is DISGUSTING! In a town with lots of Latin food options I am not sure why anyone would eat here. I am been to Pepitos many times and the only time it was good was when I only ate chips and salsa. Last time I was there my Chile Relleno was freezer burnt. The cheese was so old and hard it tasted like a 4 day old mozzarella stick. Nasty. The drinks are weak and watery. And everything is very overpriced. Pico de Gallo Problems Let me first state that my wife and I are fond of Pepitos and we live in the neighborhood. This afternoon we decided to stop in for a late lunch and sit outside being that it was a beautiful day. My wife ordered a Mexican BBQ Pizza... which we have many times in the past. Fun & Affordable Pepitos Mexican Resteraunt is a friendly no frills place to eat. It is inexpensive and the portions are huge which are two very good things. There is nothing showy about its dining room but you will be confortable. The food is solid if unspectacular but always tasty. If you are looking to satisfy a Mexican craving without hurting the pocketbook too much are having to dress up than check Pepitos out,

My wife Mary had great affection for and owns a compendium of great reminiscence for her times at Pepitos and at Liz Senkyr's home. Great memories of Lupe's wonderful food and hospitality!
