So grateful for The services I got today. Very helpful and informative, got my jetta safe for my newly driving daughter
I ran over a big screw and needed me a tire quick. I wasn’t able to get to them until after work. I was afraid that no one would be able to take me in on such a short notice, but Andrew and Steven squeezed me in last minute and were able to put four new tires on my car. Their customer service made me feel welcomed and that I wasn’t an inconvenience. Thanks again Pep Boys!
I called around and chose PepBoys because of Andrew’s customer service on the phone. When I arrived in person, the service was just as great. I waited a little longer than expected, but I was a walk-in and it was worth it. Definitely coming back for additional services when needed.
