Came in for tire or balance and Chris helped me so much on a timely manner especially as a walk on. He found my front tires were out of balance. So grateful for Chris and Steve! They are professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend this Pep Boys!

I had traveled to Tallahassee for a special occasion. I had a mechanical problem repaired at my local Pep Boys two days before and noticed that my AC quit blowing cold. After 3 hot hours driving to Tallahassee, I wasn't looking forward to the drive back home. I contacted the location to see if they could take a look at it and was told to bring it right in. They did something to disable my tire sensors when they replaced the tires with the alignment. Do not get your tires done here if you have a nice car. Your sensors will need to be replaced.
