This one particular pep boys is outstanding in service and price. However they need to get new furniture for the waiting area.

Appointment at 1 o’clock for simple oil change and tire rotation. Nice guy said one oil change in front of me and offered a place to work while I waited. 2+ hours go by and my car never moves from lot. When I go to the service desk, another gentleman tells me he no one knew there was another car to service and my keys were still just laying on the countertop. Got 4 new tires and when I left the pressure had been set at 41, 43, 45, and 49 psi … recommended 35 psi.
