Beware of alignment scam! On 6/8/2020 I went to the Pep Boys store #1570 to purchase four tires, mounted and balanced, and have a four wheel alignment performed. When I returned to pick up my car everything was fine until I asked for a copy of the printout showing how bad my alignment was. The counter guy went in the back for a moment and upon his return informed me that the tech had not printed a copy of the before or after diagram. Tim, Paul, and Joshua were courteous and professional. Gave me an estimated cost of labor and parts and my final bill was $35 lower than originally given. Appreciate the attention to detail and warranty on parts plus labor!
The PepBoys in Macland Crossing Drive, in Marietta insisted that I purchased new tires and I declined so they Kerry Armstrong and Paul Granville put too much pressure in my tire and it burst, I didn't even get 200 feet away, This is a customer service travesty! You cannot do this to customers because they are declining to purchase your product!
