It is incredibly poor business practice to tell someone you can change the oil in their car, when you can't. I was more than clear that my diesel engine required a special filter, and you were insistent that you could do the oil change. 7 hours later, the oil may be new, but the filter isn't. Just one of several problems. Not truthful about many things.
