Just left the store where profanity was used by the worker Mike. He stated he was to busy to turn around and address me. As a customer I would hope something is done about his disrespectful tone and no customer service.
RecommendedI came in for an oil change and found out 2 parts were cracked. They said a 2 hour wait and apologized for the time and price I wasn’t expecting. The manager then sent his daughter out to Starbucks and bought me coffee. Amazing customer service experience
Wanted a conventional oil change the last time it was in there and they put synthetic into it took it back to get an oil change yesterday and they told me I can't put regular oil back in it has to be synthetic very upset
