My car is not an old car and I take care of it really good. After they did an oil change my car had a problem right away, when I asked them to review it they did it but they said that they were not responsible for it, but my car was running perfectly fine before the oil change, I am one of those persons who maintain the vehicle as a clock. the customer service ( Manager) have a bad day . bad actitud to new customer like me trying to get a new battery so i parked at the empty spot to make it easy. and i was in the phone . and came out takling very bad. I came out to tell him to change the way hes talking to a new customer becouse Autozone has a better service. i think pep boys need a better personal
