My wiper blades were doing nothing but making a mess on my windshield, so during a storm, I stopped at Pep Boys & bought a new set. The cashier installed them as soon as I bought them. Fast & great service!
Had an 11:00 appointment. I'm still trying to give someone my keys. So much for the 30 minute guarantee. They keep taking phone calls ahead of me, maybe I should call in and see if they'll take my keys over the phone
WORST AUTO SERVICE EVER!!! Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this incompetent bunch of fake mechanics as possible!! Quoted three different prices, kept my car for two days waiting on a parts they were ordering to be told they kept getting the wrong part and then told in the end that the part didn't need to be replaced it was a different part and I should feel lucky that I'm not having to pay as much as what they quoted on the original part??
