I needed at least 1 new tire and got lucky that they had only 2 left of my size and only waiting 45min or less on a Sunday morning. Was so happy to go home with actual full size tires on my car. lol
Went to get a flat repair and they used a rope plug to fix the tire. Ran over a razor blade and had no other option but to get another tire there and they didn’t even balance the tire. I’m more mad at the fact they used a rope plug instead of patching the tire properly, I don’t know if that’s illegal or not but it should be. The worst experience ever!
Can less than one be an option. Today my kids went in to get a battery. One manager and three employees later; they chose three batteries, none of them work. They finally found the right battery and none of the three employees seem to know how it is inserted into the vehicle. They have called each other names and when a customer made a suggestion they ridiculed him for being Asian. Two hours later my son in law worked to insert the battery. I asked for my old battery to be checked first and to let me know but instead they took the old one out and installed the new one. I was there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was not happy cause they did not follow my request on how I wanted to see if it was my battery causing the problem to my car. I had to ask if my car was ready cause they parked it and there I was waiting. Then the mechanic didn't have the test receipt so he had to do it again. Even the lady in the store .she alsome was getting new lic plate cover ..and she showed me the floor matts that would match ...batman it was so cool .and they are on it ...only placevi go to get oil chang
If I could give it a 0 I would please don't waste your money and time here , I have now been to this place only two times and while I'm standing outside horrified watching this guy with no name tag and refused to give me his name asking the other guys how to use a tool , I mean come on its a simple patch on my tire but they said they couldn't do it , so I took the tire to a real mechanic and guess what it will get done . I HATE stupid people
