Good store, friendly service, ahead of schedule on work!
Dropped my car off sat. 7am for an afternoon apt. They call at 6pm and say they didn't have time to get to it. No call Sunday so we go over a half hour before they close and they say they never even looked at it because they had to find out who was paying for it to be looked at for the claim. Try to say that they tried to call us. No you didn't. You only called Saturday. And why wouldn't they call the claim people Saturday instead off sunday when they're closed. Had a nightmare going thou all the pep boys near my home. So I took the trip to Bensalem pep boys. Great sale manager Jim and got my car done within An hour. They were sincere and kind!! I will only come here from now on!!!
First time ever using this pep boys, and the LAST! How does a car take 3 and a half hours for an oil change? That's the problem with these big corporations. They don't give a crap about the consumer. Then a cock and Bull story over the phone about how backed up they've been all day, blah, blah, blah... That wasn't the story when I left my car there. I would rather pay double the price and have quality customer service. I have brake lights out, and if I didn't really need this service done, I would tell them to go to hell.
