I called this evening for basic pricing info 50 minutes ago..left on hold..still holding and I’m sure they’ve all gone home..unbelievable..first impressions..
I want to know how to be refunded for the tires I bought. One of them has a problem and no Pep Boys in 25 miles will “fit me in” to take a look. What was the tire warranty for? This is atrocious customer service. One of your stores actually told me to go to a competitor. I want to be refunded so I can find a tire store that CAN help me.
Everyone is awesome here! The manager is super helpful and informative. The waiting room is very welcoming they offer coffee and tea. The mechanics are on top of things and make sure its what you asked for. I have to pull horse trailers with my truck so making sure things are done right is really important. !
First heat wave of the season, no AC, blowing hot air. Took my car to the Street Rd location in Bensalem for a FREE Ac check as per their advertisement. 1st day no tech avail to service my car, made an appointment for the next day was told the tech wouldnt be there for another 90 minutes.. Not waiting went back the next day, then was told the FREE ac check was to just get the customer in the door, $55 was needed to look at my car and if the issue was just a charge it could cost me an additional $172.
