RecommendedThank you to the wonderful front desk mechanic Richard who took care of a crazy gentleman who went ballistic on me in their parking lot and while I was in the store. Was kind and compassionate got my car in and out quickly and made sure I was alright.

Rude people!! Tell wrong prices and screwed up my tires while being pushy to buy a new tire from them. Adding extra charges on the top! When I didn't wanted to spend another few hundred on a new tire, then this guy became rude and disrespectful and told me that they won't perform any service on my car anymore because of safety issue! Went in with a flat (not many cars in parking lot) was told and hour and ahalf wait. After 2 hours someone finally comes out to tell us it cant be patched. I tell them to just replace it and 45 min after I tell them this they still just have the car on the lift with the bad tire on. Wtf!!!!
