Brought my car to #pepboys for an oil change. They didn't put any oil back in and blew my engine. Denied my claim saying not their fault. Time to get a lawyer!
I went in on a Saturday night with a tire. I was told that it needed to be replaced. ... was told if I make an appointment "I'd be in and out " It took 2 hours to remove the spare (donut ) and rotate front tires to the back and put 2 new tires on the front....NEVER AGAIN cars moved in and out as my appointment car sat untouched until I spoke up...
Used to be a loyal customer, after being quoted $50 to remove a locking lug that was missing the key. By the way, it was in the jack bag, right where the guy that did my brakes left it.
Terrible customer service, terribly long wait! The "worker" is outside smoking when he should be inside working on my car!! Was so bad that we went to STS for the same price but Immediate assistance!
On 10/21/15 I went to the Toms River location to have a flat repaired, I spoke to Gary in service and he was very helpful and I waited for the vehicle. While there I got price quote for a new set of tires since I knew they would soon need to be changed. I was informed by service writer Kevin that my tire was irreperable because the damage was on the outer edge close to the sidewall. Terrible service dropped truck off to get four new tires put on at 8am got here at 515pm and just pulling it in! Then they lose key luckily I had spare and I will not recommend this place one bit for service but really had no choice since it's Sunday and had a blow out but needed tires anyway!
Jeep hanging off lift. Mirror smashed, Transmission pan punctured tranny fluid everywhere. Sent my hubbie on his way not even telling him the real truth. Manager tried to cover his ass. What a mess they are.
This place SUCKS ASS !!! their computer system is always down, they never keep their appointments, they have terrible service and they absolutely dont know ANYTHING AT ALL about customer service nothing but a complete waste of time !!!! go someplace anyplace else but here.
