The worst service I have ever experienced. Brought my dad's flat tire in for repair and sat for an hour while men/employees talked and acted busy even on their cell phone. Had to ask about the tire and decided to get a new one else where after being told just by visual, it couldn't be repaired. GrRR!
Received my coupon in mail n took right over....great employees. Awesome service n the time they said it be ready was on button. Plus gave me call when the service was done.
This place is the worst!!!! Had my car towed here they called me and said it would $500 for diagnostic. I said never mind, when I went to pick up the car they refused to give it to me until I paid $90. Have called the police to get my car back.
It's okay. I got overcharged just for an oil change. Nearly paid $100.00. If you're on a budget, I would suggest somewhere else. 30 minute oil change turned into an hour and a half even with an appointment.
Brought in a part to be installed Came back an hour and half later they haven't even touched it and the guy I talk to is on lunch break I was so piss my son had to dread me out of there when we first came in we were standing in line and the guy ahead of us said oh shit it that asshole again...and he just walked off
I went in with my husband and pastor, both are Africa American. I walked inthe store ahead of them. The store staff allowed me to go to the rest room yet told my pastor they did not have public restrooms. After the told him this, I went and asked for the key to the men's room for my brother and told the clerk that I had brought the key back for the ladies room. They gave me the key to the men's room and I handed it to my pastor (he is my brother in Christ). Because of this racist behavior, we will never go back.
Dude was cool enough to put me in front if one other guy cuz I told him I got 16 hour drive ahead of me, thanks pep boys
