Poor customer service, bought a new tire and was told there would be a charge to put the tire on my vehicle. The mechanic said he couldn’t help unless the supervisor on duty instructed him to do so. No greeting or acknowledgement, and at the end after I paid, received no thank you... Austin who was the person who helped me didn’t want to help out and the lady he helped after me had the same mistreatment. very bad customer service here in Gallup New Mexico. been here since 12pm an now 8pm..an still here waiting. bad place to be here .
seriously the people in this place are ridiculous- workers standing around in service area NO workers in the bay and they REFUSE to offer assistance --- completely despicable! laziness to the 10th degree
Filing BBB Complaint...talk about robbery...I get my receipt for service work and they marked up the parts from the same building more than 100%....more than doubling cost...I would have been better off at the dealership!!!! never ever again....beware
I got my alignment done here n Gallup, NM and I think they actually done a good job and showed me what was up with my car, they guy told me to get even alignments looked at when getting brand new from dealership because they can come outta factory under specs..good job doe..
