I got a rebuilt starter put in last week by Pep boys and 3 times it didn't start ..I dropped it off at 11am they said it would be a couple hours..I just called at 7:30pm and no one has even looked at it .
Girlfriend called to make oil change appointment. Asked if it could be done on her lunch hour. Was told no problem. Showed up and service writer said it would take longer than an hour and will get to it when they can fit her in. She said never mind and made a second appointment for 4:00 after work. Arrived and was told it would be at least an hour and a half before they could do it. Told employee Matt we were walking out and going down the road to another service center. They are always behind .. had an appointment for this past Sat but cancled because they were backed up til today.. so scheduled an 11am now its 1145 and my car is still where I parked it.. wasn't even looked at get... WTF !!!!
My Jeep overheated in Oxford Valley Mall parking lot. My kids thought the car was on fire and jumped out. After waiting for it to cool down, I quickly headed over to Pep Boys. The lady behind the cash register called the parts department. The parts lady looked up the antifreeze and the oil for make/model. After explaining my story, she suggested what antifreeze and what oil was best. Next, Jim helped me check my oil and antifreeze. I made it home safe. My kids and I cannot thank you all enough.
You should hire me so I can teach your people customer service. I do better ordering on line and paying myself..Everytime I go to the store and let them do it,IT'S WRONG OR THERE'S A PROBLEM
The guys at pep boys help me out big time when both my tire he went out on me on the way to work . Thanks to them and their great Mgr I drive home safe. The only reason I did not give them five stars was the wait to get the work done. But all and all great work and thank you for saving my day.
