When you have the warranty on your tires and you get a nail in it. So you make an appointment to get it fixed and they say it’s unfixable and they will not replace the tire under warranty I had two tires replaced little over a week ago under warranty where I paid $169 a tire back in 2020 and they charge me $280 a tire to replace under warranty and only took $50 off each tire when I was told when I bought the warranty back in 2020 the tires will be prorate it at the price I pa… See more
Pepboys warminster won't stand behind a stolen catalytic converter from their parking lot last night. I left my car for a tire repair and they want to charge me for a catalytic converter, O2 sensors, wiring harness. They say they have no liability. They and the Warminster town center strip mall offer no security. Share!!! Maybe they took it???? Police know about it. Be careful. Please share.

Taking advantage of people and making them pay to leave with even more problems than what they came in with is honestly just disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself... if you’re reading this in order to make a decision to do business with them do yourself a favor and bring your car elsewhere.

After spending the day at Sesame Place, we walked to our truck that had a nail in the tire. We drove to PepBoys and even though they closed in an hour and had a garage full of cars, Courtney & her mechanic (didn’t catch his name) did what they could to fix our tire to make a 2 hour drive home safely with our baby! Huge huge thank you for being so kind and helpful!!!! Huge weight lifted off our shoulders.
So this has to be broken down into parts so that I can be as clear as possible in warning other people who might find themselves in a similar situation that I was in.
