This has to be the worst tire experience I have ever had in my life. I booked for 9am and yes I admit I showed up 30 minutes late but hey said it wouldn’t matter cause there was a few cars ahead of me. Ok so the guy Nick ( the service manager) tells me 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I said ok no problem. That was at 9:30am. At 1pm my car is still up on the lift. With a scheduled appointment for 11:00 this morning for an oil change and wiper replacement, I did not get out of there until after 1:00 pm. Half-hour express service??? Also, when I came in, I asked if they would reset the oil life on my vehicle and was assured that they do that. While waiting for my vehicle, I asked that they make sure to reset the computers oil life. Was again assured that it would be done. I do not understand how Pep Boys are still in business, I wrote on there page about the horrible experience I had with them, and the Rim they destroyed getting one lug nut off my car that was jammed, and they never got back to me. It's so sad to see what type of company they are and what kind of employees they hire Shame on ya Pep Boys you destroy cars then look the other Way !!!!!
Pésimo servicio en general ..mala atención al cliente ....llevo 3 días con mi camioneta en la tienda y ni un diagnóstico an sido capaces de hacer Ni una llamada de cortesía al cliente Llamas para saber y nadie sabe darte una respuesta ..solo llama mañana y cuando llamo mañana la misma respuesta
