Trying to buy wiper blabes...getting run around. Just for wiper blades...major idiots. Won't get here and no recommendations from me.
Husband dropped off his car this morning (first customer there) for a routine oil change and brake job. Was told it would take 1.5 hours. 7 hours later we have been told (after we called them, not the other way around) that essentially they couldn't find brakes that fit and are trying their 3rd set of brakes (how is this not knowledge they already have?? How is this trial and error??) and estimated time still TBD. Unacceptable!!
Bought windshield wipers few months ago, very unhappy with them, went in today and spoke to Maria, who brought the issue to manager Pete Mancini, who did not questioned me at all, just pulled a new and different brand from shelf, installed them, shook my hand and sent me on my way. Great service, great manager and staff.
Great place for all your car needs
spent 50 minutes trying to check out this morning, lucky no line, computer problems. took another hour on line trying to do rebates, NOT. told me to try tomorrow.
