They are very slow. Had tookin my van to get a alignment got there around 1:50pm and they took 2 hrs to take it to the back, then after like another hour I complained about them taking other cars to the back and they haven't even touched mine! They finally gave me my car at 5:45pm.
I waited 2 hrs an half hrs. For a 4wheel alignment. Had appt. Just had new tires put on too. Now steering wheel still off to left. And they told me 49$ for work. And tries charging me 106$. Plus waiting area coffee maker didn't work an drinking fountain was nasty. Windows dirty and waiting area needed clean..
Had bought 2 tires less than a year ago, had already replaced one in October as it was defective ended up paying $30 for that one, then this past Saturday had to replace the other one as was also defective that on cost me nearly $60. It had less than 3000 miles on it. I will never buy tires there again. 55000 mile tires that lasted less than a year.
Had a flat tire needed a quick change. The employee Christopher was great with Customer service and verified i was a repeat customer. This helped discount my tire which was very beneficial to me i just recently moved to the area and will take my vehicle back for more service.
A simple high mileage oil change and tire rotation. They screwed up the oil change, did not do the tire rotation, and now I'm having to wait forever for Pep Boys to fix the issue. This is why I dropped it off to begin with. So I didn't have to waste all day sitting here. Thanks Pep Boys.
I waited 2 hours for a oil change and had my wedding band stolen from me there! Warning do not go here the guy who stole my ring Mr. Edgardo Molina is a thief ; Manager Jim did nothing but defect. I had that ring on my keys since I got the car and never expected to get ripped off at pep boys!!! I'm never going there ever!!!
Made an appointment and was told combined with our corporate account with PepBoys that I had priority. I had an oil change and tire rotation. And drove away over 3 hours later. I have never been more disappointed in the service, lack of speed, disregard to people's time. I will NEVER return back. And will be calling my corporate office to see if we can move our business elsewhere for our fleet vehicles.
