They were very polite to me. I got $10 off my oil change, he gave me a choice of a set of new tires, he quoted the tire regulations to me, he offered to clean my head lamps. PEP BOYS GAVE ME EXCELLENT 😍 SERVICE. WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH, I NEEDED IT! ! !
I came in yesterday and purchased a replacement halogen bulb for my headlight. The first gentleman that helped me was very nice. He instructed me that I could go over to the service desk and they could help me install it or guide me through the process. Sean, in service, owned 3 BMWs previously. I thought to myself, great... You just lost a customer today. I arrived at pep boys at approximately 9:00 am to get an oil change. The entire parking lot at the front if the store, including the handicapped spaces, and the majority of spaces on the side near the building are blocked off for a car show. Luckily, I am not disabled. Second, even though there are at least four empty bays, I am required to wait up to an hour and a half to get my oil changed. I will not be back.
I had a horrible experience bought two new tires and the driver tire blew out the same day. They wanted me to pay them to tow and fix a tire that well supposedly brand new. The very next day I had to get another tire and that one went flat. Do not go to them find another tire person.
Do NOT take your car here. Went in to get 75000 mike maintenance and they “recommended” several “essential” maintenances, and it all came out to $800. I take care of my car and have had all the regular maintenance on it, just had new brakes put on 6 months ago and they said the brakes were “badly in need of repair.” They “gave me a deal” and dropped the price to $700.
