I took my car to them back in jan and feb to have my brakes done at first I was told it was the hubs and bearing and then I was told it wasn't so anyhoo the brakes got fixed months later I kept hearing squealing I took it back they said they didn't hear anything ok fine although I kept hearing it intermittently I figured it would go away nope it didnt it's now sept 1st and I'm sitting at aamco getting my car checked from head to toe because I took my car to pep boys 3 days ago and they gave it a good clean of health except t... read more

never will go back.. parts do not last.. worst service
Worst service ever. Avoid at all cost. Takes 2 hrs to take a car in the garage for just an oil change with 4-5 mechanics available. This is after making an appointment. Can't imagine wait time without appointment. #pepboys #worstservice
