Please teach Mr. Ken some customer service skills...it’s too early in the morning to have an attitude...I was told by the technician to bring my rental car in tomorrow to see why it was leaking air...I was next in line and Mr Ken comes over asking what I need done, the tech tells him and he said you need to tell her to take it somewhere else...we don’t have time to do that and walks away...the tech says ma’am I have a guy coming in at 10 and will do your car...the car is in the bay now being repaired... Batteries that were purchased on warranty three and a half years ago for my diesel truck we're acting up. Brought the vehicle in have the batteries load tested. Both failed and the store honored prorated warranty for half price on each battery. Work was done well but was very slow. Can't complain didn't have much to do anyways.
Waited 1.5 hours for an oil change that I had scheduled and arrived 45 minutes EARLY for it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT FOR SERVICE.
I won't take my car to Pep Boys again ! I took my car there to get my brakes fixed & they didn't fix it @ all! I had to take my car to the dealership to get it repaired properly. I asked for a refund & they offered me a 10 % off coupon on my next visit. Do u really think that I'm coming back so u can screw up my next repair. ..not! I never had this problem when Just Brakes was in business. The merger between Pep Boys & Just Brakes is a failure in my opinion. It appears that the competent repairman have left.
Very nice mechanics but super super inefficient and slow!!!!!
Just had all the front end work done at at mechanic shop because the quote I got from this pep boys was so high took it back to them after the fact with the bill for the work done on my truck they said the parts was bad this place is a total fucking rip off stay away
